Can I access both Porur and Velachery studios with MonkPass Elite?
Yes. MonkPass Elite grants unlimited biometric turnstile access across both Porur Flagship and Velachery Hub studios, plus all group classes (Eva Yoga, Strength, HIIT).
How does the 1-on-1 PT session quota work?
Standard PT includes 14 dedicated sessions and Pro PT includes 24 dedicated sessions. Both cycles have a strict 1 calendar month validity from date of activation to ensure consistency.
How does Razorpay Split / No-Cost EMI work?
You can split your membership into two installments or select 3-month No-Cost EMI on major credit cards with zero processing fee directly at checkout in the Monk Fit App.
Can I freeze my membership if I travel or fall ill?
Yes. Memberships can be frozen via the Monk Fit App (Profile → Membership → Freeze) for up to 30 days per year with zero penalty.
